NY Times’ critic to speak at Pinot Noir NZ 2025
Eric Asimov, Chief Wine Critic of The New York Times, has been confirmed as a speaker at Pinot Noir New Zealand 2025.
Asimov will discuss the concept of ‘Place’ at the event, which is taking place in Ōtautahi, Christchurch from 11-13 February 2025.
With over two decades as Chief Wine Critic for The New York Times, Eric Asimov’s astute reviews and engaging writing style have earned him global recognition as a leading wine commentator.
Organisers of Pinot Noir New Zealand 2025 say that his perspective will provide valuable insights as to how ‘place’ shapes the identity of New Zealand Pinot Noir on the global stage.
