Craggy Range named as top global wine experience
Craggy Range Winery has been named as a top global wine experience at the 2025 Best of Wine Tourism Awards in Italy.
The awards were part of the Annual Conference of the Great Wine Capitals Global Network (GWC), of which Hawke’s Bay became a member in 2023.
The GWC is an international alliance of cities renowned for their wine regions, united to promote wine tourism, economic growth, and cross-border collaboration.
The awards celebrate the top wine tourism experiences from across the world and this year's competition attracted 644 entries from wineries and wine-related businesses across seven categories including Architecture & Landscapes, Art & Culture, Sustainable Wine Tourism Practices, and more.
Each of the Network’s cities submitted local nominees for global consideration. The 2025 global winners include:
