Entries open for AIBA 2023

Entries have opened for the Melbourne Royal Australian International Beer Awards (AIBA), which marks 30 years this year.

AIBA is the largest annual beer competition in the world judging both draught and packaged beer, as well as beer packaging design.

Last year, the Awards attracted over 2,600 entries from over 350 breweries in 20 countries.

Entries will close on Friday 17 March and the Awards presentation will be held on Thursday 25 May.

International judges will return for 2023 following the easing of restrictions on international travel. Details of the judging panel will be announced closer to judging.

Organisers say that several refinements and enhancements have also been made to the online entry portal for this year’s awards, aimed at delivering a more seamless, user-friendly experience.

Full details are available online in the AIBA Entry Booklet.
