Entries open for NZ IWS 2022

The 2022 New Zealand International Wine Show has been confirmed for October this year and entries are now open.

Now in its 18th year, the NZ International Wine Show has been the largest wine competition in the country since its inception in 2005. It accepts wine entries from any country, with no price requirements and no volume limits.

Chief Judge Bob Campbell MW will once again lead a team of highly experienced judges, many of whom have participated in Wine Show judging for more than 30 years.

There were 265 gold or double gold medals awarded to entries in the 2021 competition and organisers say that with high quality vintages over the past few years the judges will be faced with another show full of spectacular wines.

The closing date for entries is 30 September and judging will take place in Auckland from  11-13 October.
