Lyre’s offers free non-alc cocktail workshops to hospo

 Leading premium non-alcoholic spirits brand Lyre’s is holding a series of free workshops around New Zealand in May and June for hospitality professionals.

The Art of the Impossible industry workshops will cover how to make the most of the booming non-alcoholic category and will be hosted by Lyre’s New Zealand Brand Ambassador Drew Down, alongside Barney Toy and Darren Mynes of Auckland’s Clipper Bar.

Four sessions will be held in Christchurch (23 May), Queenstown (25 May), Wellington (30 May) and Auckland (date TBC).

The Art of the Impossible is all about providing trade partners with the tools they need to make the most out of the non-alcoholic category in their venues both financially and creatively,” says Down.

The Lyre’s team will showcasing a wide range of its non-alcoholic spirits as part of The Art of the Impossible series, including the recently launched Pink London Spirit pink gin alternative, and Agave Blanco Spirit and Agave Reserva Spirit tequila alternatives; alongside classics like the London Dry Spirit and Italian Orange.

The Art of the Impossible workshops are free and open for all hospitality industry members, from bartenders, chefs and front-of-house team members, to restaurant managers and owners.
