New wine partnership for Constellation Brands and EuroVintage

Constellation Brands has announced a partnership with EuroVintage as part of its strategic goals for Kim Crawford and a selection of international wines within the New Zealand market.

EuroVintage will represent Kim Crawford exclusively in the On Premise channel, while selling Californian brands Robert Mondavi (excluding Private Selection), Schrader, Mt Veeder, The Prisoner, and Saldo Wines in total market.

Olly Wilson, Constellation Brands General Manager of Sales and Marketing NZ, says, “We’re thrilled to have the EuroVintage team representing us; their expansive reach and strength in the local market has firmly established them as a pillar of New Zealand distribution.”

EuroVintage says it plans to expand the availability of Kim Crawford wines in bars and restaurants throughout New Zealand, including their low and no-alcohol options.

The Constellation Brands international portfolio is part of their strategy to cater to the growing demand for premium wines and provide consumers with a variety of world-class options.

"We're delighted to work with Constellation Brands and the outstanding Kim Crawford range," says Nick Hern, Chief Executive of EuroVintage. “Robert Mondavi is an iconic Californian brand, so it’s particularly special to welcome this range of limited wines.

“As one of the first National Distributors to launch Californian wines into the New Zealand market with Sebastiani and Chalk Hill, we now have an impressive portfolio that complements our current offering,” adds Hern. “We’re really excited to share these brands and our full Californian portfolio with Kiwi consumers.”
